Join us Sunday, July 28th from 11:00-12:30pm for a wellness pop-up event from Elevate Her. This event will highlight a 40 min Reformer Style Mat Pilates session followed by a Guided Meditation with classical pilates trainee McKailey. In addition guests will receive : cookies from Sweet Dough Cookie Co., organic, fresh-pressed juice from Good Fork n Juice, & clean protein bars from Emmy Lou Protein Bars.
