Celery Juice How To:

Celery juice has transformed my digestion, but it can be bitter if you aren’t used to it or used to juicing in general.

Top tips to help with taste-
•Remove the leaves and inner stalks you wouldn’t normally eat (this is MAJOR to cut the bitterness)
•Buy organic, local is even better if possible
•Add half a lemon 🍋 (as you adjust to the taste)



Why Celery Juice? 💚
It can help:
•Improve digestion
•Reduce inflammation
•Lower cholesterol

It is best to enjoy on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning before breakfast. Aim for at least 16 ounces daily (this is about 1-1.5 large stalks).
